I would think a fail on your part because its not even both parts. Also for 220 you could get a used aftermarket header.

realistically, these things go for about $150-$175 with the heat shield.

But more power to you if end up selling it at $220.

That's what i figured, but I was helping a fellow member that was in a pickle and needed some help. I felt that $220 was a little ridiculous when you could save up a little but more and buy a aftermarket header.
