Does anyone know the angel of the cone where the retainers sit in?
I already googled it but found nothing. Maybe I didn't searched hard enough.

The Supertech performance valve springs already come with titanium retainers and aluminum spring seats. Maybe you should check those out? Might save you some time and energy and possibly money if the fabrication is expensive.

they cost me like $50. I have access to everything I need to make them.

Can't beat that if you pull it off. You are talking about the valve spring retainers right? Not the two pieces the go on the end of the valve stem and in the spring retainer? Valve keepers I think they're called. It's been a while since I've rebuilt the head on my car so I can't remember 100%.

Cool. Those will be a lot easier to make than the valve keepers lol.

just pull one out of your head or a junkyard head and measure it yourself. its not something you will find on alldata/prosis/mitchell so you wont likely find it here. the retainer has to match up with the keepers and if you plan on making keepers then they have to match up with the valves.
