Just pulled and swapped for a center section with a 3.6 gearset. I put it straight into a plastic garbage bag to keep it free of dirt and debris. I used Lucas oil and the internals look great. My PPF spacer is damaged, but fits flush in place and works fine. The mounting ear broke off. See pics. If your swapping htis into your open, then just use your spacer.

Noobish question, but the numbers "4.10" and "3.6" are the gear ratios correct?

Yes, the final drive ratio based off your r&p. Easy way to find this if unknown is divide the ring gear teeth count by the pinion gear teeth.
