DESCRIPTION:
It's summertime...time to start up the BBQ, break out the finest potluck paper plates, and listen to the RATTA-TATTA-TATT of airtools at the Summertime Tech Day & Pot Luck! Come on out and prep your Miata for all those upcoming summertime runs and enjoy some shared food and friendly company, too!

We've got airtools, handtools, jacks, stands, and all sorts of other goodies for you to use. Change your brakes, change your shocks, change your oil, even wash/wax your car--we can do it all here!

Don't know how to tackle that one project you've always wanted to do? We also have the combined knowledge of lots of Miataphiles to help you. These Tech Days are pretty popular, and lots of people show up to do their projects, socialize, etc.

Everyone is welcome, too, so don't be afraid to show up even if you don't have a project in mind for your car. If you plan to tackle an especially large project, please contact me ASAP so I can make proper arrangements for garage space, etc.

Some snacks/refreshments will be provided, we'll also be firing up the BBQ, but feel free to bring something to share if you wish.

No worries, I have a timing light.

All are welcome to come to the Tech Day. If you have a particularly large project in mind for the day, please let me know ASAP (PM me) so we can make special arrangements for locating your car appropriately for the job. Someone has already contacted me about doing a timing belt change, so they'll probably get the garage or covered porch spot for most of the day.

There is a large front and back yard, too, so you can even wash your car if you don't have any real maintenance to do. You could even just hang out/socialize, too. :)

If you have your own tools or jack stands, bring them. Although I do have tools to share, some tool availibility becomes limited because of the amount of people doing work at the same time.

I do have air-tools for some of those hard-to-do jobs, too.

Hmm.....I believe I've only met Mr. Woolery once at a tech day (GTech), so this might be a good chance to meet all of you.

Do you guys think you will still be there at 6pm? I'm gonna leave work early here in SD.

I have tool also. :) Does anyone have one of those drill-less-dent-remover-thingies? I got a nasty fender dent I need pulled!

Edit: Did I mention I'm a Chef also? I will bring food...and beverages. :)
