Sorry for the confusion and delay guys. I was awaiting confirmation from jkkce that he was indeed sending a money order and when that was scheduled. Driftdevil then offered to buy them and I sent a PM to jkkce to let me know ASAP. He did and I checked it too late in the day before Driftdeveil paypalled me - so, that's my fault.

Driftdevil - I refunded your money via paypal and threw in a few bucks for your trouble.

jkkce - you indicated you sent the MO via mail on Saturday, so I'll get this packaged up for you and send it once the MO arrives.
