Ive already searched but couldn't find anything on this...
I have a 1994 1.8l NA and today I noticed my engine temperature guage needle moved to just a bit over the half way mark (instead of just under the halfway mark where it usually is), it stayed there for a couple seconds then jumped back to under the half way mark then back up to above it then back down where it stayed the rest of the drive home. I am just wondering what would cause it to do this and if I can fix it... I just replaced the radiator and flushed the system and added new coolant a couple days ago so I know its not low on coolant, if that matters. Also it does not eat coolant at all. Anybody have any ideas on what could cause my engine temperature guage to fluctuate like that??
