No, stance will send you the new part! Thats why i love them and i went with stance and not Tein BS! No down time! or expensive labor and mailing. The coilover still work great with the that one adjuster broken (that one is stuck on the mid level dampness) The car handled great! I love the off and on ramps :)

Sorry these are the exact ones...

So is it that the one is just stuck? (Still works but can't adjust)? If so do u have pics on how they sat on the car?

Also curious if they are the new version of gr+? I understand the old version has issues when trying to slam.

If u can forward your correspondence with stance stating I could get the part for 100 bucks I'd be prepared to make an offer and send payment today. Lmk

I dont know why they told you $100 for a new shock adjuster. One of mine broke and they sent me out a set of 4 to replace them on all the shocks for FREE. I think i paid $4 or $5 for shipping and thats it. Put them in myself in about 10 minutes. You can even just take the adjuster assembly out of the top of the shock and adjust it with an allen wrench. However you wont have clicks so you will have to visually set the damping.
You must have talked to the wrong person. I think the guy i deal with up there is Named Eric but im not 100%. But he has taken care of me a couple times. When I switched to the new style rear bottom brackets he sent me the brackets, all brand new locking collars, and all brand new bump stops for just $80 shipped. They are good people.
