My buddy is slowly backing out on buying my engine so... What should I sell a 99 head swap for? What all do folks expect to be included for the swap? I've never done the head swap myself so I'm not sure of every little part that would need to be included. Engine runs/ran fine, I have video of it running before we pulled it. I'm going to check it out and make sure it's solid obviously before the sale. Assuming it's good to go, what's market value?

Can't say I've ever seen anyone offer up a full "swap" for this. The cylinder head pop up now and again, but they never seem to come with a new headgasket, fuel rail (for the cats with NA8 cars), manifold gaskets, intake manifold, VICS actuator and whatever else might be needed.

Now, if you just want ballpark numbers for the cylinder head, think $300-500 depending on condition...plus shipping.

Well with gaskets is questionable since whoever buys the head should replace them if they're smart, but I was just planning on lifting the head from the block with the intake attatched and everything and just selling it like that.

If you're parting out and you have the '99 intake manifold. Let me know. I need one.
I'll only sell it with the head if I end up selling the head swap instead of the full long block, doesn't make sense for me to lower the value of the head swap, sorry.

...assuming seller will ship to Guam, of course.

I'd ship it wherever as long as the buyer paid for it. Shipping costs aren't my problem. I'm currently trying to sell the engine complete, if I don't I'll likely build this engine for boost and just keep it. So please stop PM'ing me everyone! This isn't a for sale ad this was to find out what it might be worth if I choose to sell it.
