Advance timing

So I had my timing set to 14 (it was at 20+) all thanks to Exhondaman. Ever since then I've noticed a little bit more pull, but also some problems. My cold start idle is ~500rpm and when I turned on the AC it drops even lower; it balances between ~250 to almost 0, sometimes my car just quit out on me.

Could these problems have came from how my timing was previously set by the PO? Thanks for your help guys.
