So what is the mininum PSI the compressor should be able to generate for normal use?

Thanks, I'm looking to build a work bench in my garage, and I want to pick a compressor before hand so I can build the bench around it. So one that can pump out 125PSI is pretty good? I don't need something crazy, just normal maintenance and break lose a 300lb/ft nut once awhile.
