Hi, my name is Ivan, a freelance practicing photographer.
I have been lurking around for a month or so.
I own a jetta, also a 95 M Edition Miata.
I have been lookin in miataturbo.net, and i know for a fact that the
gReddy 1.6 turbo can fit into the 1.8.
All i need is a different manifold (HKS)
and different injectors right?
What else would I need? I will be running a FMIC
along with a bigger radiator and an oil cooler.
Not looking for crazy power either. 140-150 whp and I am a happy man.

The Miata is still in Tx, houston, and I will be picking it up next week and performing a 1600 mile drive :D

Anyhow, here are some pictures of the cars

injectors should be fine. you'll also need a custom made downpipe. Boost controller, timing controller to get you into your desired HP range as well.

Welcome to ClubRoadster.net, thats a nice Miata, Merlot is one of my favorites. As for the GReddy kit, yes, you can adapt them for 1.8L application. Dont forget you will also have to drill the oil pan for your oil return line.

Guys, thanks for the reply. Yes, they are AMG monoblocs on the jetta. they are sold, and waiting for iforged to come thru with the wheels for the jetta.

Okay, as for the turbo, inside the engine bay, i will need the custom 3" downpipe as well as the oil return line? is there anything else?

Thanks!

I am pretty sure the BBS's are 14's stockers from the M edition. Might be selling them soon. Keep an eye out.

As for my pictures, I am shooting with a Canan Pro1. A point and shoot that is the closest to a dslr.
Thank you for the props!
