They're made by Enkei but I have no idea what brand/model name they're sold under. Enkei makes a lot of wheels for other companies. Most certainly they are old, rare, and no longer available new. Good luck finding a set for sale.
Yeah, that's the only drawback. I love the look of deep dish steelies though - that's something I couldn't do myself. Widening them isn't all that hard as long as you have the stuff, but changing the offset is a little more complicated.
Steel wheels can be made to look cool when they are rebanded, but as mentioned, will weigh a lot. Another forum I spaz on had a 'group buy' on a company that rebanded their steelies for not a lot of money and the results were cool.
