Anyone knows how to remove this? I recently purchased a new ignition from a member on here, but I have a problem with removing this. Lmk please.. I don't have that much tools with me. Only a socket set, flat heads, screw driver, hammer.. lmao

there is no way to get that off it seems.lol

I just looked at mine, it's threaded.. but the top as you can see isn't going to accept any socket. underneath it just ends like a bolt.

Very simple. I just changed one out the other day. Grab yourself a dremel. If you don't have one just buy one cause you will use it for the rest of your life. Use a cutting wheel and cut a notch into each bolt and then just use a flat head screw driver to take it off as you would a normal bolt. Bam you're done!

I just drilled it, came off really easily. Thanks for the help! I'll take some pictures of it later

Here's the bracket that needed to be removed:


I drilled it and for some odd reason, it unbolted slowly:


The old ignition:



I went from a snapped key - which I taped together so I could get a copy. The cop snapped inside the ignition. The key couldn't be removed from the ignition. Got a new ignition and made 5 copies. Lol
