It does not come with the hardware, but the quality is just as good as one you'll get anywhere. I've gotten one from rosenthal and honestly this one may be a little better.

I got my hardware from Home Depot for less than 10 dollars
Did you have to drill any holes yourself into the bumper? Any tips on what kinda hardware I would need?

Its been a while since i first installed mine but Im pretty sure i had to drill all of the holes myself. My lip came with hardware but it was just basic stuff. 10mm bolts and nuts will do the trick just fine. Make sure to get nuts with loctite or some other thread sealer so they don't back themselves out over time. Oh and the hardware only needs to be an inch long max.

As for marking the holes properly get a few clamps (if you don't already have some) and clamp the lip into the position you want it then go ahead and drill your holes/attach the bolts. Just make sure the lip doesn't move at all during the drill process.

Just got mine. Seems like thicker plastic than I remember the original being. Definitely thicker than my OE rear lip. No obvious issues with it. Haven't tried fitting it yet, but based on the pic I'm guessing it should be fine. I've got a heat gun for any minor adjustments.
