Finally a roll cage that is completely streetable!
The Blackbird Fabworx Street cage seen in the pics was built into "Senna", the Fat Cat Motorsports demo Miata and it is the missing link between a street oriented roll bar and a full blown race cage.

With 12 points connecting the cage to the chassis, stiffness is right on par with top quality race cages, but with the trick dog-bone center brace and properly designed mounting points this car is as fit for street use as any car with a 6 point rollbar .

As always, a good tight fit is key with a good cage and the street cage is no different - hardtop clearance is roughly 1/8" with the main hoop and the dog bone, which means that the driver has all the room that the chassis has to offer.

A happy Shaikh!

Oh my god. Yes. I've had this idea for that dogbone to make a streetable cage that you wouldn't sacrifice head safety with for years but every time I tried to describe it to a cage builder they couldn't wrap their head around the idea. SO cool!

Moti when we upgrade my 12-point 3/4 cage to a full cage, this might be the route I want to go!!! With the gussets to the A-pillar that would make mine a 14-point...

Does this cage in Senna include a bar running behind the dash that connects the two front legs together? I would want that. I'm also toying with the idea of tying into the front shock towers through the firewall similar to your demo car...

AWESOME work as usual!

Reminds me of many cages you find on Lotus 7's/Caterhams. Very cool indeed.

How much??
Prices fluctuate for every project Moti does because every inch of it is custom. If you wanted the same thing, but decided on a different pearlescent paint, maybe wanted to forego the abrasion-resistant 3M clear covers on the door bars, and wanted a slightly different harness bar design or also wanted a NASCAR door bar design, any of a million factors that you wanted customized to your wishes, the prices change. So, best to get in touch with Moti for a tailored quote.

OMG. That is rolling ebola sick. The attention to detail on Blackbird bars is crazy, but this another level.

Check out the gentle twist of those dimpled A-pillar supports and the 3-dimensional curves of that dog bone over the top. Real artistry here but being functional for street use is just awesome. Beautiful work Moti... Me. Do. Want.

What's the turn around time for something like this? Ball park figure?

Another pic, this time taken by a pro (rather than me with a crappy camera ).

And to the question of the hour, pricing.
The Pass already answered it well -

Anyone who's remotely serious would contact me to talk about the spec for his requirements and needs.
The street cage that you're looking at costs right around $4K as you're seeing it.
Turn around time is roughly 2 weeks, though once again - changes in specs may change the time line as well.

The tabs for the OEM belts are standard fair on all NB roll bars with a harness bar.
Shaikh wanted to be able to use the OEM belts until we get Senna back for seat and harness installation and I made it happen :).

Patrick, you had me ROFLing with the ebola comment .
