So i pretty much narrowed my bad misfire to a blown head gasket. cylinder #4 read 75 on a compression test. others were 175, 170,177

Are their things i should do while i have the head off? I plan on running ARP head studs, and a HKS head gasket spacer.

If theirs anything I should look out for while i have the head off let me know.

New valve guides/seals, (they're wear items) and have the head checked for straightness. If you're gonna do any sort of port-work to the head, now's the time while it's off, etc.

New cam seals, CAS seal if appropriate. Perhaps even a coolant-reroute.
