I've gotten MAJOR blowby since going IRTB. My catchcan caught about 1.5 qts in about 70 miles. Had some blowby when I was turbo'd but not like this. I capped off the PCV, so I'm thinking that's the reason why. I'm thinking of running a hose from the pcv to the catchcan and from the breather vent on the exhaust side to the catchcan as well. currently the catchcan has a line coming in from the breather vent into the can and vented to atmo via breather.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Try running the PCV with it routed to the catch can. There's a chance that could help. Also use the 323 GTX PCV since it's stronger. All the IRTB setups I can fidn pics of have a PCV still - I just can't tell where they plumb it to, so if sending it to the VTA catch can doesn't do it, you may have to plumb it in somewhere else.
