It's not a Nardi, although you can use the Nardi hub with them just fine. It's most closely related to a Momo wheel that was discontinued in the 90's known s the SuperIndy. I wouldn't pay more than $150-175, depending on condition. New unused of course is worth more. I have had the Nardi wheel used in sone Japanese home market special editions, and really like it. Somewhere between 330-360 mm seems about the best size. I had a 300 and it seemed too small. Tetsuya Garage and Rev9, (I've done business with both very happily in the past) both have the actual Nardi version in stock. The Personal brand is good quality, but it would be say Toyota vice the Nardi being more like Lexus. Hope this helps.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was an OEM wheel pulled off an old European car. I see a lot of those types go on eBay for a lot when I was looking for horn buttons. I'd say the wheel is totally worth it just for its atypical styling and perfect size imo.
