that logic doesnt apply everywhere.best alarm is to not lock the car. you do not want people braking into the car because the door was locked and now you are out of what ever they stole and a broken soft top. just my $0.02
it is but its really expensive for what you get. with these aftermarket DEI alarms, they are pretty much expandable to whatever features you want.I heard that the wolfmiata makes a good one and it's a plug and play kit. I might get it whenever I have the spare cash.
