It's complete garbage. Plastic surrounded with carbon fiber material. I've seen it in person. Crappy! Some spider cracks on a corner, scratched up like hell.

It's just like the "carbon fiber" shift knobs that are being sold on ebay. When all is said and done, underneath the carbon fiber layer, there's a bunch of cheap, brittle plastic.

It costs as much as a good old OEM hard top without any of the advantages.

Sure, this new one is light, but you have to buy your own rear window, and theres no rear defroster on it. Looks like someone's trying to make a quick buck.

Hmmm....so its a custom made piece with no rear window. How likely is it that this thing is for sale because there is no window made to fit it readily available??

You could use plexi glass instead of real glass, but I'm not sure how safe that would be in a collision.
