I'm quite confused here guys. Anyone trip a CEL after replacing their valve cover gasket? I went by the book on how to replace it and after driving a while, it trips a CEL. I might have pulled a little on my o2 sensor wiring, so I'll check that whenI get home, but has anyone else come across this problem? :?:

There is no sensor on the valvecover, so the ecu doesn't know if you've messed with it or not. Im betting that you knocked something out of whack somewhere. Check your coil-pack, cas ??

It might have been moisture, I did hose down the engine before it went off. I've looked at the engien and checked connections, everything seems ok. It has yet to come back on and I've driven it around town for a little bit. I did check the coil pack and everything was peachy, I didn't however replace the CAS Seal when I was in there :( I will after the T vs. O meet, no leaks around there so far, but I'm bringing an extra quart of oil JIC.
