I have a set of clear bumper side markers for an NA. I got these from Project G and decided that I like the stock amber more. As you can see from the pics, a set of red (I think, haven't lit them up) bulbs will be included and screws are included as well.
Project-G forgot to include the gaskets, so you're on your own there. You can get them from Arlington Mazda for $8 a piece (http://parts.arlingtonmazda.com/products/GASKET-(NA01%2d51%2d5D3A).html), re-use your old ones if they aren't too ratty, or make your own out of some adhesive-backed foam rubber.
These are practically new and I paid $40 for them from Project-G before shipping.
