Local guy is selling some Megan EZ Street coilovers but they have no top hats. If I purchase these, are there any additional parts that I need to purchase? Just trying to see my end cost for these if I need to purchase additional parts.

Well if they have no top hats, I would assume you would need to purchase top hats. Ask him what else is missing.

If you're talking about the ones in South San Jose, 400 is not worth it for EZ streets that are completely missing their factory top hats. Offer the guy 200 and if he won't come down, walk away.
