im converting to a inline low psi fuel pump to feed my twin carbs. im thinking about running the Carter P4594. i will put it in the engine bay, however i don't know what to do with the stock fuel pump. i puled it out today to look at it and there's a flange that the fuel pump goes into. i don't know what to do, i thought about cutting it off and extending the line and putting a filter on the end however if i don't keep my set up and want to go back to the stock fuel pump i dont want to cut it off.
