I'm about a 34 waist and it isn't snuggly. You're welcome to come by and sit in them before you buy. The previous owner was 5'11" about 200lbs and he fit in them comfortably, so it'll fit anyone up to about 36 or 38 inch waist.

The seats have cushions that you can remove the thick foam from and that will sit you close to stock height.

With the cushion on, you're only about an inch higher than stock.
