I am in need of a new under tray and I know people have cut their own, using a sheet of ABS plastic. I'm wondering if anyone of you guys has done this and has a template?

I made one using a thin sheet of MDF from home depot. I think it cost me all of $6. Held up well even on the track.

I had a belt tear it apart, haven't got around to making the replacement from sheet metal.
