Yes, positive rake is when the rear is higher than the front and negitive would look like a pre-runner.

Sure. I don't think it would even out unless that car has suspention on the softer side though. Too much of a difference from front to rear.

I do like some positive rake on some kind of hot rods or muscle cars.
