Re: Drift Buffet now available on Jan 20th

Drift Buffet rescheduled to Feb 3rd

Please accept our apologies for the very late notice.

We have just learned that there was a scheduling mistake, and as a
result the NOS Event Center lot was double-booked.

We have been forced to move the event to Saturday, February 3rd.

Again, we are sorry for the last-minute change, and we hope to see you
in two weeks!

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.

Good question.
They are both :)

If you want and or need instruction there are people there to help. I can help if you would like.

If you dont need it, you just drive.

There are beginners to competitors at these events.

Its a fun laid back enviroment. its not like a comp or advanced group run.

Just fun for beginners and practice for people who compete.

How is the place over there?
Is it outside of the speedway?

I'm planning to go to the other drift event on the 17th of Feb....and I don't want to run out of tires :)

I got the 195/50 khumo ATS (400 threadwear)

I'm wondering how much my tires would last...
You guys how many (new) tires you burn in every event?

Well Max you like you have FI so you should be burning through them pretty quick. This event is a parking lot event.
AT these events I typically go through 4 to 6 tires. 195/50/15 Kankook HRII or Toyo Proxes4. I have about 120rwhp. I also have alot of experience not lifting my right foot so I burn tires pretty well.

As for the 13" if they are in excellent shape I would say 4 may do the entire day with a stock power na.

Max, with a 400 tread where traction may be an issue, but at that tread wear 4 may lats you the day.

I hope that helps. I will also be available to do ride alongs with you guys to help you out if you are interested.

I am happy to see you come out.

I think I'll come Jeff
It would nice to meet you and drift together!
I'll sign up tomorrow!
What kind of tire pressure you run?
I'm thinking of bringing some old tires 15" and maybe even 14" tires that I have and that I want to get rid off...but I have to find a way of carrying extra tires...
How you do it, do you have a trailer?
