We definitely aren't trying to "shaft" anyone. Each country has different rules about how to hold sweepstakes like this. We are a US company and therefore we must abide by the laws of this country. Canada has different rules. Heck the European nations (we have customers there too) have even different rules than Canada or the US. Our legal council has recommended we stick with US rules only so we (and our foreign customers) don't get into any legal troubles.

We really don't want to exclude any of our customers, unfortunately this has been set by our countries' governments. Please don't take it out on Moss. Every US-owned company faces the same problem, our hands are tied.

And we do apologize. But we're stuck.

Just busting your balls man. But on the same subject, rev9 just did a givaway for anyone internationally, and they're a Canadian company.

That makes sense, Canada's rules make you do more steps to enter, I believe, like answering a question or something. US is merely "name and address". Canada can go backwards to US rules but it's harder for US to go and extend to Canada's rules and also extend even further to European rules.

I don't really know the full legal reason of why Moss can't accept Canadian entries but you can see from other US companies they too keep entries to US only. Some even exclude DC and PR. :(

We hate it too. We have great customers all over the world.
