4-AC is what you find in regular AE82/SR5 AE86 aka automotive Hell.
5S-FE Camry motor found in N/A USDM MKII MR2

12A is a 1.2L, not 1.3L.

you actually shouldn't discount honda FWD engines either.

I remember a company (think the name was g force) who made RWD trannies for B-series and H-series engines.

seems like the only issues would be mounting the B/H-series far enough back so that the shifter is in the proper position, getting the proper ratios, and how streetable the tranny is gonna be. I'm not very familiar with honda engines except the one in my mom's civic which I've only changed the oil on, so I dunno how the FWD tranny is situated in case you'd have to fab an oil pan or something. clutches might be an issue, too, as well as a driveshaft.
