360 miles in one day in the miater: Rogers City, MI to Detroit to Lansing. It took about 7 hours. The start of that day was driving 3 hours from Lansing to Rogers City to get the miata out of storage.

So far, Paducah KY to Gatlinburg TN. It was an 800 mile round trip.

This summer, I will be going to Hag's Head, NC from here. That's about a 2000 or more round trip.

300 round trip up to the local mountains down here in san diego. 1500 (one direction) miles in 18 hours from san diego to rapid city south dakota in my old car (1700 miles in 20 hours if i visit my parents out on the Rez). i know damn near every mile of the 15N/S, 80E/W, 25N/S, back roads between the two, and even which roads to take during which seasons i drive. been doing that drive for 8 years now.

Edit: for those who don't know, google/mapquest estimates time by dividing the distance by mean speed (and in most states, speed limit). a 2000 mile trips should take 31 (30.76923) hours: 2000 / 65 = 30.76923. you can also "adjust" the time difference by "adjusting" speed differences. say you average 75... your time would be knocked down to 26.6(r) hours.

From Michigan to San Francisco (2397 miles) Me and my buddy(Driving his own miata) did it in 38hrs with only few hours of sleep. Then from San Francisco to New Jersey (2919 miles). It was all done on my old miata with full coilovers and Ebay bucket seat. My back hurt so bad I Couldn't stand up straight for few days after the trip.
