i was curious to if these added any lost shock travel to a lowered car like the FM rear mounts do?

also can anybody chime in and break down the benefits of the FCM shock mounts? ive read the description on the site but it doesnt clearly list the benefits (maybe im just dumb  )

Well chyea, don't lay frame, but a little lower is always good! The FCM bumpstops work just like the FM ones - more available travel. Get the rears at the least.

From my undestanding, the FCM mounts does not focus on more travel, the 46mm bumpstop is what provides it. Still good non the less if you're not going for insane low ride height.
