If a forum sponsor seems to be consistently providing poor customer service or receive negative feedback, in the form of complaint threads, how soon do Moderators confront the sponsor about the issue? I believe I've seen Mods handle issues like this with past sponsors, but I'm just wondering how far does it go until a confrontation happens?

It just seems unfortunate to have a company "sponsor" a forum on which they don't provide at least adequate customer service. Plus it sucks to see other members give them a chance only to have a similar dissatisfying experience...

This is true. Reading some of those threads have definitely changed my outlook on some of these vendors. Do we need to make a poll to vote on confrontation time?

I will look into it and see what is going on. Im sure I know what threads your talking about, but feel free to throw me a PM just in case. I cannot be everywhere at once. :fp:
