My front driver side tire ran over metal debris coming off the freeway only a few short miles from my house. Heard a pop that wasn't louder than crushing a soda can, so I thought nothing of it.

Then....what the heck... 'thump thump thump'

"i'll just drive it off..." :p

"........eh.. why's my car leaning to the left ?" :?

I limp home to discover my tire completely flat. Only had my ES100's for 5000 miles and had plenty of beef left. I checked the pressure in the other tires and they were all at 34psi just as I had set it. Nothing else on the car was damage. The rim was fine and showed no signs of deformation.

Since I have a puncture on my sidewall, it's completely useless and I would need a new tire, right?

Puncture on the sidewall is about 0.75"

What a beeyatch :x
