TBH, I'm not sure that dealer will get what he thinks its worth. He's been trying to sell a Le Mans without much success as well.

Merkur Scorpio XR4Ti might be hard to get a good one as they are 1985ish I believe

Man I always wanted a cossi growing up, then my family moved state side and my life and dreams got f**ked up
The Merkur XR4Ti was the U.S. version of the Ford Sierra. Turbo 2.3, 175 hp. Had an '86 and it was fast, when it wasn't broke. Traded it in on my first '90 Roadster.

The Ford Cosworth Sierra that the engine in the original post is from had a 2.0 turbo Cosworth DOHC head that put out 225 hp (?) and 250 hp from the uprated RS500 model.

The Merkur Scorpio was the larger 4 door based on the Euro Ford Granada of the day.

A fair few Escort Cosworths have been illegally imported into the US, especially Florida.

Merkur XR4Ti was a shadow of the original XR4i.
