Friday 9/1/06 KINOD/Ariel Atom debut shindig @ Garage Woolery

Hi folks! Just got back from the trip and have JUST read this thread for the first time. Unfortunately I don't have a working internet connection at home right now (I'm working wireless from my car nearby), so it's most likely I won't be able to reply to online threads, questions, etc. for a while. I'll try to check in once a day or so to keep up with things, though.

The car is safely home now, and I'm looking forward to showing the car to the CR folks this KINOD.

It's possible that the Toad (the Miata project car) will also be out of the paintshop and also be on display. No gaurantees though, since I haven't heard from the paint shop that it's done yet....though it should be by now.

I'll try to give rides around in the parking lot next door, but that is totally contingent upon not pissing off the neighbors or the church folks. It's most likely that I won't be able to "get on it" for you and will only be able to putt putt around the parking lot to keep the noise level down.

Some basic rules I'll ask you to follow if you wish to come visit the car:.
-Try to keep the noise down. We don't want to be a nuisance or attract unwanted attention.
-The car will be shown between 6-9pm. You can arrive anytime. After the showing, we'll continue on with the KINOD as usual (Krispy Kreme, In-N-Out, etcl.)
-Please park on Shady Point Drive along the wall and not directly in front of neighbors houses.
