I have a walbro fuel pump that has been working fine.
Car won't start, I have a fuel pressure gauge and I'm not getting any fuel pressure.
I have replaced the fuel pump relay before and it has solved the problem. But I replaced that about a little over a month ago.
I have another Walbro fuel pump 255 that is practically brand new. I swapped that out and it still gives me no fuel pressure and won't start the car.

Some people are telling me I could possibly have a short circuit somewhere. Before I go taking the dash out to get to most of the wiring, is there any other solution or anything else I need to check to figure it out?
What else won't allow me to get fuel pressure? Is there any other diagnostics that I can do?

My fuel pump used to whine when I first got it. It sat for a little over a year, and then my friend sold it to me. I'm the first to drive it since then. Both of the fuel pumps that I've put it (one being brand new), neither of them make any noise. but yet I have started the car before when it never made any noise when I key the car on.
I have not checked the fuel filter, I assume you are not talking about the one on the fuel pump. Where is this other filter located?
