ecugrad-On my 1999 engine I have it set at 36 psi. I believe Tim's 1.6L is set at around 36-38 psi.

So if i wanted to run stock too, could i just remove the afpr i have installed. It doenst have a gauge at the moment so dont know what the pressure is anyway.

That'd probably be a good idea.

You said it was running lean, right? Double check your seals on the vacuum block. It might be doing the same thing mine was if the screw holes weren't tapped deep enough. I just took some liquid gasket and covered both sides with a thin layer and it sealed right up. That was the end of my lean problem and the beginning of my very big rich problem :lol:

I just turned mine back to 36psi and it seems to be about right. I have all the fuel dials on my subcon practically at 0 and it's still rich, so getting fuel to them doesn't appear to be an issue :lol: I'll probably spend this weekend fine tuning it :|

as it happens there is a leak there!!! bloody kit lol

Im going full standalone now - should be here in a coupla weeks so that should get rid of the subcon.

I wanna drive it now!!! :p
