The side mounts are FIA side mounts. This means that they will fit most composite racing shells. FIA is the most common seat mounting hole offsets in the industry. IIRC both of the seats mentioned in this reply are FIA specification seats.

tldr; yes, they will work just fine.

still have both. These cobra mounts will bolt up to stock sliders without much effort. They will also bolt to the floor boards if you remove the rear humps.
