I just want to relay to anyone who might not have any previous experience with RSpeed how great their customer service is. Among other items I have purchased from them is a hood lift kit. While I was installing some fender braces I managed to lose one of the retaining clips and broke one of the fender pivot mounts. I got in touch with them to see if they had the individual pieces available for sale, Joe said they had them but he would send them along free of charge. I received the first envelope but due to damage en route there was a hole in it and the pieces were gone. I got in touch with them again and requested another set of pieces. While I wanted to pay for this second set Joe again refused. The new mailing came today intact so I now have two hood lifts again.

Thank you to Joe and Mariela for the wonderful experience. RSpeed was already high on my list of vendors to use, but this sort of service (especially in this day and age) puts them at number one in my book.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with them as well. They are a great outfit for sure.

Off topic - how do you like the hood lift kit? I'm weary it won't hold the hood up while I'm under it. I have that kind of luck lol

Hood lift kit works great. Even when I just had the one it would hold the hood up, I just had to support it until I was sure the hydraulic cylinder had extended. I left the hood open for three days like that, and it didn't move.
