can sumone pls help me.im not sure on whether i should get ground controls or h&r spring with a 1.5 drop. i have a stock nb 2000. i was wondering if the h&r springs would be a good drop for canyon driving. so if it is then i would just go with ground control coilovers. so i can make it look lower it or higer it whenever......

Springs/Sport kits/etc are nevering going to be enough or your best bet.
Coils will always give you better flexibility.
When you order GC's they ask you what rates you want.. when you buy H&R's you get something slightly stiffer than stock.. which w. the advances in tire technology susp. engineers need to wake up.. but that's another discussion. :)

i don't think either one is good for you with stock shocks? although i imagine the h&r are softer than the gc.
