Head gasket done blowd out a li'l.

I was eating O2 sensors like crazy, it's on it's third one in 12 months now. I took out the last one and examined it this afternoon, green as grass.

Just ordered a Cometic head gasket and ARP head studs.

Make sure the block is clean before you install the metal head gasket. Use copper head gasket spray for better sealing. Make sure the block is not warped due to overhearting or you will changing head gaskets again and again again, again......

i invested in the ARP head studs too. worth the money.

fwiw, nopi.com was trying to clear them out on miatas a while ago. i got mine for ~$85, iirc

Nothing overheated, it's a small leak inside the head. Kind of explains the compression test results I got of 165, 160, 160, 165 huh?

Good luck, The head swap should keep you busy for a weekend. What year is your car? I have a 1.6 port & polish head I selling cheap and is ready to install.
