Can anyone tell me who makes those headlight bumper cutouts that someone had in a for sale thread a while back (i searched already)? They were just little plastic pieces that covered rectangular holes in the bumper and looked perfect for flush headlight setups.

nope, he's probably talking about these... IIRC they were made by Garage Vary and are discontinued, but someone with hyper revs on hand should verify that

I'm sure something like those "cut outs" could easily be done at home for WAY cheaper than buying the parts.
