hello everyone im new to the mazda game figured id show yall my new toy.this is my 1990 miata paid 750 for need a top but seems to run good. charge light is on cant figure out why belt is tight battery is new car never dies or mimics a low batt/weak alt. these 2 things helped me talk the guy down from 1800 to 750 lol.

If the belt is too tight I believe the light will come on as well. Check the voltage output of the alternator.

Holy **** I don't believe this...that's my old miata! Tell me more about it and where you got it from, pm me if you want but this car was the love of my life and my first miata. Can't believe its still alive!

Nice deal . Looks like the 92 one I just bought for 500 . Lady said the fuel pump didn't work . It was just a fuel pump relay . A month before that I bought a mint 96 with Torsten diff that had 98,000 miles for 700. . It's was so mint I have all the original paper work . She said it had a bad motor and knocked . Well it did . It was just the pulley boss . New wooddriff key and pulley boss and I haven't looked back .

Looked the same back in the day but had bronze rota Slipstreams ill try to find some later. And what's up Jeff did you ever finish Your v8 swap? Yeah I'm still here in ridgeland. Are you still in Nola?
