Help diagnose this noise

So about a month ago my miata got totaled from this lady that wasn't paying attention. So I purchased the car back from insurance as well as purchased another 97. It had been sitting for a while since the owner was out of state in school. Anyways I was driving a little bit after I had purchased it and I heard a loud squeal as I depressed the clutch. I initially thought it could be the throwout bearing but when I got home I looked under the hood and saw that the fluid reservoir was low. So if anyone has any idea what this is it would be appreciated. Im thinking it is the slave cylinder next to the tranny. I wiggled the fork on my totaled miata and it was stiff, when i wiggled the fork on my new one it had lots of play.
thanks in advance for any advice I suck at embedding videos but here is a link to the vid I took of the noise.

^this is irrelevant, although you should replace in anyways, it doesn't cost much and is possibly the cause of the low fluid.

I almost guarantee you it's the throw out bearing.
