hey guys, i have a 91 miata 1.6 5 speed and im having a problem starting. the car cranks over but just wont seem to start. any imput? thank you for the help.

recent timing belt change? do you have fuel at the rail? do you have spark? check fuses?

Had the same problem check your coil wires for spark and coil pack thats usually the first thing that go out on miata's. then do fuel pump check if u can her it then fuel raill and fuel relay

While cranking the engine, have you tried tapping the gas pedal?

thanks for the imput guys, i found the problem. it was the fuel pump. :[
