Ace Hardware might be able to help you, or at least special order you one in house.
I've also lurked on Ebay for sellers that specialize in random hardware and PM'd them.
One of my Tein Flex hood lift bolts broke, Tein wanted like $20 bucks, found the same bolt on Ebay for $2 after some searching with the right search terms.
Just go to Home Depot or something so you can at least note the length and thread specs you need.
