How hard to run 15x7 +0 on an NA??

Ok, it has to be possible. DJSquiggles is running a 15x8 at +0 but how much rolling would be necessary? how hard would that be to do? What tire size would fit. My car definately isn't as slammed as DJs, I'm at about 11.5" front 12.5" rear. Would it work?

And no asking which wheels, I want it to be a suprise, IF it works out.

you probably gotta run the same tire size as djsquiigles, which is a 185 I think? not sure but I think its a 50 series.
It's pretty risky I would say...
I ordered (14 weeks ago-and I'll probably never get) some 16x8 ET 35 wheels.
Believe it or not another guy with the same wheels couldn't fit the 225 tires that he got.
He rolled the fenders but it was still rubbing!
So he moved to 215 I think (or maybe 205) and he found piece and happiness :)

The alignment is important too, if you have -3 degrees camber everything is possible.

But anyway if we take the above numbers into account where do we stand?

ET0 is 35mm further out than ET35
If the guy is barely not rubbing with the 215s a easy assumption would be that you need 215-30=185 which looks like boogie van's suggestion!

Hey boogie van, man I went to your webpage and I really liked your van...if I had time and money for an extra toy I would buy a similar van and try to pimp it :D
cool stuff :p

PS What happened between you and Gene-M and you are trying to make fun of him?

DJ's garage says 195/45. and Max, remember, that a 7" et0 wheel with stick out ~13mm less than an 8" et0 wheel.

You are right Agent, I just got confused because in the first post you say 15x8 while in the topic you specify 15x7

Haha, thanks, the van is supposed to be taking top priority lately so I can finish the interior.

and as far as Gene-M, nothing bad goin on between us, Its just every time I see his picture I cant help but think ben stiller is his brother. Am I the only one?

[/thread jack]
How much will the 15x7 0 offset stick out? And will a 205/50/15 tire fit just rolling the fenders?
