Spotted on a vintage MGB, imported from Japan back to the US:

Wire wheels. Made by Rays Engineering, branded as Volks.

I have no idea how old they are.

Unfortunately it seems as if the MGB uses a 4x114 bolt pattern, so this particular set (if they'd ever be sold - probably not) wouldn't fit us. But I'm sure there are 4x100s, or at least 4x98s or 4x101s out there... somewhere. And I can't help but think they'd look dope on a 240Z.

interesting wheels. why does he have a weight on them though? I though real wire wheels you adjusted the balance with the wires....
