Hey there, I just need to clarify something. I have the T3 adapter plate on my B6 miata with the AE101 throttle bodies and a MS. Almost everything is done and ready to go. However, I am stumped on what to do with the IAC valve. I read about the Jeep one, I am just having some trouble understanding how it works, and where I hook this up to on my setup. Is it possible to run without an IAC controller all together? Thanks for any help.

Alright, after reading a little bit more I see that people do not run the IAC all together. What are the disadvantages to this setup? Or if you have found a solution to running the IAC please let me and the others know. Thanks

You have to give to the car gas to idle when it is cold.

Without an IAC your car will only idle at the rpm you set it at. Meaning yes if u set it lower and close to factory around 700 or something cold starts will require you to give it some throttle till it warms up. Plus there's no idle bump up for if the a/c kicks which if you don't have a/c no big deal. Id just set your idle close to 1000 rpm.
